Was in there for an hour waiting in line. Had an employee walk out for a break with line out the door. Was out of almost all bread and was out of all cookies. Very poor service. Very disappointed

What we experienced was customer service at it's worst .We only came in to get ice cream. There was a number of people in line for sandwiches and the two ladies were doing all they could to keep up. We were standing in front of the ice cream case. After a few minutes a young man came charging out of the back, grabbed gloves, looked at me a said, "what do u want" in a very hateful tone. I thought I must have not clearly understood what he said. So I said how are you today sir? , a second time, almost yelling, "what do you want! " at that point, I looked at my husband and said let's go. We walked out. I have never had an experience like this, ever.

850 pm pull in the open sign was lot up and on I notice a man inside run to the diirs and lock them and then turn the sign off if he would have hustled to make my sandwich as much as he hustled not to serve me he would be the type person they need working here. . I come here a couple days a week that will change

My husband got us subs 2 go 2night. I had a chicken bacon ranch. We’ve always had good subs from this location but this one was the best. He didn’t catch the gentleman’s name but he was training a young girl. U 2 made a delicious sandwich. The first half filled me up so much I couldn’t eat the rest. I’ll enjoy it 2morrow. And that apple caramel cookie was REALLY good. Thanks so much 4 a great dinner.Lena Ruby

The friendly staff made my order exactly how I requested. The fresh bread had come out of the oven as I arrived. The ingredients I their sandwiches are high quality and very flavorful.

We came in to your store today, your employees were to busy having a conversation with someone they called Mom, not sure if that's the manger. However when this person dumps left over steak into the fresh meat I almost left then, even when junior scratch his back and I ask him to change his gloves we still were going to eat the food. The final straw was standing waiting to pay on our food due to junior not being able to ring us up and mom saying wait a minute. Yes we walked out because you didn't put customers first.

The service at this subway was absolutely horrible. Let me start by saying there were 2 women working. One looked to be a teenager and one in her 20's. The lady in her 20's blondish brown hair was absolutely rude and rushing me through it so she could take off outside and smoke and play on her phone. The other girl went outside to join her as soon as we got out of line. There was no management and if one of them was they need to rethink because they hung out in their vehicles till a customer came in and went straight back out as soon as they were finished paying for their food. It was absolutely ridiculous the type of service I got and the fact that they have zero work ethic and care little to none about there customers or there job is astonishing to me!!
